Floods caused by hilly rains and the breakdown of the Sonai river dam in Madhobpur has cut off the rural communication , breaking most of the roads in three unions.
Road communication on Teliapara-Harspurroad has already collapsed . People from some villages are living under severe hardship.
Due to the floods caused by the recent hail fall damaged Bahara, Choumohani and Andiura unions flooded and bank of Sonai River collapsed.
Awami League leader Mizanur Rahman said that the people of Dighir Par, Sultanpur, Kutania, Harisama villages have been facing problems due to breaking the Soni river bank at Dighirpar village under the Madhabpur. Roads are also damaged.
