Leaders and activists of different organizations including Samajtantrik Chhatra Front scuffled with police near Bangladesh Secretariat on Monday when they were heading towards the Ministry of power, Energy and Mineral Resources for submitting memorandum, demanding immediate cancellation of the Rampal Coal-Fired Power Plant Project.
