Jaj Bhuiyan Group is the title sponsor of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Football. The gala football competition will start on July 24 at MA Aziz Stadium in Chittagong.
Managing Director and Chairman of Jaj Bhuiyan Group Faizur Rahman Bhuiyan Jewel and Chairman of Saif Global Sports Limited Tarafder Md Ruhul Amin signed an agreement on behalf of their respective organizations at the conference room of Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) House on Wednesday. President of Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) Kazi Salahuddin, Senior Vice-President of BFF and Chairman of the Professional Football League Committee Abdus Salam Murshedy, Vice-President of BFF Mohiuddin Mohi, General Secretary of the Federation Md Abu Nayeem Shohag, Deputy Chairman of the Professional Football League Committee of BFF Shawkat Ali Khan Jahangir were present on the occasion.
A total of 12 teams will take part in the BPL Football. Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club Limited, Dhaka Abahani Limited, Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited, Chittagong Abahani Limited, Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra Limited, Team BJMC, Brothers Union Limited, Arambagh Krira Sangha, Bangladesh Muktijoddha Sangsad Krira Chakra, Feni Soccer Club, Rahmatganj MFS and Uttar Baridhara Club will participate in the mega football event. The competition will be taken place at the six venues. The football meet will be held on home and away venues. The venues are: Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi,Barisal, Sylhet and Gopalganj.
