Klusener to coach Khulna as Chattogram hire Tait

For the forthcoming Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) season, Khulna Tigers have hired former South African all-rounder Lance Klusener as their head coach, while Chattogram Challengers have hired former Australian fast bowler Shaun Tait as their bowling coach.
Klusener was the head coach of the Afghanistan national team, while Tait was the fast bowling coach, however, both of them just resigned.
On November 30, the South African declared his decision, while the Australian pacer confirmed his decision the next day. Klusener will be coaching for the second time in the BPL, having previously led the Rajshahi Kings in the 2019 edition.
Tait, on the other hand, played for the Chittagong Kings in the second edition of the BPL in 2013.
Klusener will work with players like Mushfiqur Rahim, Soumya Sarkar, and Sri Lanka’s Thisara Perera, while Tait will monitor talented Bangladeshi pacers like Shoriful Islam, Mukidul Islam, Rezaur Rahman, Mrittunjoy Chowdhury, as well as international T20 specialists like Benny Howell and Rayad Emrit.
