Federation of Bangladeshi Association in North America, (FOBANA) Canada gave away, FOBANA Award to Kamal Ahmed, Director of External Service, Bangladesh Betar for his legendary contribution in Radio transmission at home and abroad.
Based on Canada, FOBANA has a long track of patronizing Bangladeshi culture in the North American countries. Each year FOBANA honours Bangladeshi dignitaries as a part of their Patriotism Commitment.
This year, they selected Kamal Ahmed as the guest of honour at 31st FOBANA Convention.
Recently, Kamal Ahmed visited Canada through the invitation of Awami league of Canada and Universal Victory Day Observation Committee, Canada.
He also participated the programmers organized by Awami league of Canada and Universal Victory Day Observation Committee.
However, Co-convener of FOBANA Canada and Secretary General of Awami league of Canada Mohammed Abdus Salam handed over the FOBANA Award to Kamal Ahmed during the visit.
