The water research centre installed by Environmental Science Department of Jahangirnagar University (JU) was inaugurated following a workshop entitled ‘Wastewater Treatment and Inauguration of Water Research Centre’ held recently at Jahir Raihan auditorium on the campus.
Chairman of the University Grant Commission Professor Dr. A K Azad Chowdhury addressed the gala programme as the chief guest while member of Public Service Commission Professor Dr. Shariff Enamul Kabir, JU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Farzana Islam and Treasurer Professor Dr. Abul Khair addressed the function as the special guest.
