Based on the war of liberation story of the telefilm is written by Mannan Hira, Aruna Biswas played in role of Joynab Bibi. Aruna herself also gave direction of the telefilm. As she gave direction and also played in its central role Aruna has to give a lot of effort to make the telefilm successful. Shooting of the telefilm was wrapped up adjacent to Mohor Member’s residence of Barigaon in Dhamrai on September 7 and 8. With the help from make-up artiste Joni Aruna took make up of Joynab Bibi so perfectly that nobody recognized her after seeing on the shooting spot. Jyotika Jyoti will be also seen in this telefilm in a role of rebellion.
While talking about making and also acting in this telefilm Aruna Biswas told this correspondent, “Earlier, I acted in many challenging roles. Now regarding demand of the story I have to work in glamorous roles. I have made telefilm based on different stories. When I got script of the telefilm from Mannan Hira Bhai I read out at a time. I presented myself in role of Joynab Bibi. I acted so sincerely in role of Joynab Bibi that it looks perfect. The persons who want to work with liberation war based stories the government should come forward as the new generation can get the opportunity to know the war of independence of our country.”
Jyotika Jyoti shared her feelings by this way, “Under Arunadidi’s direction I acted in several serials and faction plays. Story of this telefilm is based on liberation war but its context is present time. I will be seen to act in role of a school teacher. I always enjoy Arunadidi’s direction. I also enjoyed working in this telefilm.”
Today is Jyotika Jyoti’s birthday. On this day, she will pass time with her parents, sister Somapti and her children Sonai and brother Shibu. There will be no special plan but expects her close persons to be with her, Jyoti said.
