Recently, for the first time in a long time, Angelina Jolie and two of her children were seen out in public since her ex-husband Brad Pitt revealed some of the reasons behind their divorce lay with his long-held drinking problem.
The mother of six took Shiloh (10), and Knox (8), to the Californian period festival Renaissance Faire, where they delved back into medieval times for a day of fun and games.
Although Pitt wasn’t in attendance, the duo was joined by a group of other kids for the fun. The party enjoyed games, chats with costumed attendees and more while at the festival, with Jolie even toting around what appeared to be a huge turkey leg.
The previous day, Jolie, her three daughters and one of her sons shopped at a local London bookstore, where an onlooker told PEOPLE, “She bought about 30 books. Mostly colouring books, a Harry Potter book, plus some book markers and Easter-themed project books.”
Meanwhile, Brad Pitt broke his silence about his divorce. In a searingly honest chat, he told the men’s mag: “I was boozing too much. It’s just become a problem. And I’m really happy it’s been half a year now, which is bittersweet, but I’ve got my feelings in my fingertips again.”
