The Additionnal Chief Judicial Magistrate Cognizable Court No-1, Pabna have issued arrest of warrant in Pabna GR Case No-258/2016 against the accused.
The accused are : Sohel Ahmed, son of Gedai Mia Gourinathpur Village under Balagonj Police Station in Sylhet district.
The case was filed by a leader from Awami Basthuhara League. Pabna District Unit on last 7th March , 2016 under Section 57 of ICT Act 2016 (Amendment 2009).
The police have submitted charge sheet before the additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Cognizable Court No-1, Pabna after accepting the charge sheet on 27th November 2016. The court issued the warrant of arrest against the accused. The accused have been absconded in the case.
