Sports Reporter :The Lutfun Nessa Haque Bokul Inter-District Women’s Athletics Championship began on Friday at the Sultana Kamal Women’s Sports Complex in Dhanmondi.Whip of Bangladesh National Parliament Mahabub Ara Gini, MP inaugurated the two-day long athletics meet as the chief guest.Suraiya Akhter of Dhaka district and Fatema of Kishoreganj jointly secured first position in the discus throw event.Sultana Khatun of Pabna district and Ranibhowmick of Jessore district jointly obtained first position in the shot put event.Ayesha Akter of Mymensingh district became first in the 400 metre sprint.
