Inspiring young generations in science-based edn stressed

Speakers at a function have called for inspiring young generations in science and technology-based education to make them competent for the fourth industrial revolution to build a developed country.
They expressed the view at the concluding function of the two-day upazila
level fair on the Science and Technology Week held recently at Phulbari Girls’ High School ground in Phulbari upazila of Kurigram district , reports BSS.Phulbari upazila administration under supervision of the National Science and Technology Museum organized the fair with participation of five educational institutions in observance of the 43rd National Science and Technology Week- 2021.
The event was arranged aiming at attracting young students in science- and technology-based education for more innovations to further speed up development.
Students of the participating educational institutions set up their respective stalls on the fair premises projecting diverse scientific projects, research activities and innovations and information technologies. Phulbari upazila chairman Golam Rabbani Sarker attended the function as the chief guest with Upazila Nirbahi Officer Suman Das in the chair. Assistant Commissioner (Land) of Phulbari upazila Bimal Chakma, Upazila Secondary Education Officer Abdul Hye, Upazila Academic Supervisor Abdus Salam and Upazila Livestock Officer Krishna Mohan Halder were present as special guests.
