A Mobile Court led by KochuaUpazila’s Executive Magistrate AK Mitra Chakma (AC ,Land) disconnected a few illegal gas connections in KochuaUpazila on Monday.
Cumilla Bakhrabad Gas Co Ltd had it done through the Mobile Court that disconnected illegal gas connections of Akter Hossain and two tenants of one Borhanuddin at Palakhal. Besides, Akter Hossain was fined Tk five thousand and two tenants of Borhanuddin were also fined Tk 4 thousand for using gas illegally. Besides, some other illegal gas connections at, Palakhal Bazar, Chowdhury Bari and the adjacent areas covering two kilometres of areas were also disconnected by the Mobile Court.
Cumilla Bakhrabad Gas Distribution Co. Ltd’s DGM(Vigilance ) AzharulAlam, DGM (Common Service) Shahanur Alam, Manager (Vigilance) Md Jashimuddin, RAB Team and Police Forces were present at the time of disconnection.
