Police have recovered human skeletons from an abandoned pond at Bagherbazar in Gazipur Sadar Upazila on Friday.
However, the skeleton could not be identified as male or female. Children were playing in the field next to the pond. At this time children with skulls and bones see skeletons. Later, the locals informed the Joydebpur police. Upon receiving the news, the police recovered the skeleton from the spot.
According to local sources, the police recovered the skeleton from an abandoned pond on the north side adjacent to Lithi Garments in Bagher Bazar area. However, no identification of the skeleton was found. This spread panic in the area among the common people.
