HSC exam starts in 112 centers in Ctg

HSC examinations have started in 112 centers with the participation of more than one lakh students from 26 educational institutions in Chittagong region. One lakh 1 thousand 102 candidates are taking part in the 2021 HSC examination starting from 10 am on Thursday (December 2).
Of these, 37,929 are male students and 36,945 are female students.
According to the Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, there are 84,006 candidates in Chittagong district (including city), 12,618 in Cox’s Bazar, 4,061 in Rangamati, 5,653 in Khagrachhari and 2,794 in Bandarban. The Board of Education has instructed the parents of the candidates not to gather in front of the center unnecessarily.
There are a total of 20,360 candidates including 11,020 male and 9,340 female students in the science department in the 2021 SHC examination. There are a total of 44,144 candidates including 16,729 students and 25,415 female students from the humanities department.
Besides, there are a total of 36,589 candidates including 20,232 male and 17,358 female students from the business education department. In addition, 9 students from Home Department will take part in the examination.
Narayan Chandra Nath, Controller of Examinations, Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Chittagong, told that the candidates entered the center at 9.30 am following the hygiene rules. On the first day, the physics subject of the science department is being examined. The afternoon shift will examine the domestic economy.
He said there were six members of law enforcement at each test center. The board has the highest vigilance to prevent the leaking of question papers. 11 special vigilance teams have been formed to complete the test smoothly and smoothly. There are also 60 general vigilance teams working.
