Farwell reception to 13th batch passed out students of Azizur Rahman Homeopathic Medical college of Chittagong and Agrajatra-2016 publication utsab was held at college auditorium on Saturday with Acting Principal Dr. Ferdousi Begum in the chair.
Chairman of Chittagong Education Welfare Foundation and vice President of College Managing committee Principal Dr.Abdul Karim delivered inaugural speech in it. Govt nominated divisional representative of Bangladesh Homeopathic Board Alhaj Dr. Saleh Ahmed Suleman graced the occasion as Chief Guest. Professor of Islamic History of Chittagong University Prof.Muhiuddin Ahmed was the keynote speaker in it. The chief guest in his brief deliberations emphasized the homeopathy as a completely science deviced treatment system and it is one of the modern medical system . He also declined the progandas against homeopathy treatment and urges all to have homeo medicines in light of the facts. He also urged the homeo physicians to devote themselves with mentality of human services.
Senior medical officer Dr. Md. Eskander conducted the farewell function as moderator. Among others, Prof.Dr. Ismail Miah, Prof. Dr.Omar Faruk, Prof. Debratha Bhattachairya, Prof. Giasuddin Ahmed, Dr.Md. Alauddin, Dr.Abdul Jalil, Dr.Joysree Sarker, Dr. Shirin Ahmed, Dr. Md. Enamul Hoque, Dr. Tapash Bhattachariya, Dr. Md. Muhiuddin, Dr. Shahnaz Akhter Chowdhury, and internee doctors Shamiul Arshad, Raifquzzaman, Nasrin Akhter, Jafrul Hasan, Mosharaf Hossain, Ekramul Hoque, Debangshu Mitra, Morshed Mamun, Nadia Manzor, Tanjina Jafrin Tania spoke on the occasion, a college sources said.
