Extortion, robbery protested in Rangpur

A group of terrorists attacked and ransacked a beauty hardware shop in Lohapatti on Dewanbari Road in Rangpur. Dewan Bari Road Traders Association and Taltala Road Traders Association arranged a press conference at Betpatri Road in the city on Saturday.
According to the sources, the beauty hardware shop was attacked by terrorists led by Fazlul and Tushar a couple of months ago, claiming it as their own. Therefore, the shop owner Zulfikar Ali Khan Bhuttu filed a case at the Metropolitan Kotyali Police Station.
Due to the case, on Thursday evening, a group of terrorists suddenly attacked Fazlu, Tushar entered the shop and vandalised the CCTV cameras. At the end of the attack, they locked the shop and left. Later, the businessmen of the area broke the lock and returned the shop to Bhuttu. In this context, Manowar Hossain presided over the human chain and press conference demanding the arrest and justice of extortionists, terrorists, General Secretary Tushar Kanti Mondal, Sarnabar President Enamul Haque, General Secretary Amirul Islam, Taltala Road Samiti General Secretary Saju Mia, Crockery Samiti President Ali Hossain spoke.
