There are many anonymous freedom fighters in the country. Many of them did not get recognition for their contributions. At the end of their age when children want to know about them what they reply? Noted actor Tariq Anam Khan acted in role of one of them as their symbol in a special play titled Ekjon Muktijoddhar Khonjey. Directed by Kawshik Shankar Das story of the play was written by Masum Shahriar on the basis of such type of story.
While talking about the play Tariq Anam Khan told this correspondent, “Every year I have to act in special plays on either Victory Day or Independence Day. I have been acting in these plays since the period of BTV. I am lucky that I got the opportunity to act in both positive and negative roles in these plays. For the first time I worked under Kawshik Shankar Das’s direction. I have tried my level best to express my role properly while acting in the play applying my professional experiences.”
While talking about his acting in the play actor Alif said, “I am really lucky because I got the opportunity to work with such a noted actor like Tariq Anam Khan. I am really glad in this regard.”
Actress Sushoma shared her feelings by this way, “Tariq Bhai is such an actor by whom anybody’s mind becomes happy to work with him. I have realised the matter while working with him. He himself makes the situation.”
