Dhaka University (DU) has conferred PhD degree on 42 researchers and M Phil degree on 46 researchers for their outstanding work in their respective fields.
The degrees were conferred at a syndicate meeting of DU recently according to a decision of the academic council.
The syndicate meeting, chaired by its Vice-Chancellor Professor AAMS Arefin Siddique, recently approved the degrees of the researchers under various departments.
