DPDCL Super League kicks off today

The six-team Super League of the Walton Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League (DPDCL) will kick off at three separate venues today (Wednesday).
In the first round of the super league, table topper Gazi Group Cricketers will face bottom-run Mohammedan Sporting Club at Khan Saheb Osman Ali Stadium (KSOAS) in Fatullah.
Prime Doleshwar Sporting Club will meet Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club at Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protisthan (BKSP) Ground 3 in Savar.
Defending champion Abahani Limited will play against Prime Bank Cricket Club at BKSP Ground 4 in Savar.
Remaining fixtures of the super league matches:
Round 2 (May 26): Gazi Group vs Sheikh Jamal DC at KSOAS, Prime Doleshwar SC vs Prime Bank CC at BKSP 4, Abahani Ltd vs Mohammedan SC at BKSP 3.
Round 3 (May 28): Gazi Group vs Prime Bank CC at KSOAS, Prime Doleshwar SC vs Abahani Ltd at BKSP 3, Sheikh Jamal DC vs Mohammedan SC at BKSP 4.
Meanwhile, Khelaghar Samaj Kallyan Samity, Partex Sporting Club and Victoria Sporting Club are the bottom three teams after the 1st phase of the 12-team league and will play the relegation league starting at KSOAS on May 29.
Top tem of the relegation league will survive for the next edition premier league while bottom two teams will be relegated to 1st division league.
Fixture of the relegation league:
May 29: Khelaghar SKS vs Partex Sporting Club.
June 1: Victoria SC vs Partex Sporting Club.
June 3: Khelaghar SKS vs Victoria SC.
All matches of the super league and relegation league are scheduled to start at 9am.
