Dr Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, Board of Trustees, Daffodil International University (DIU) delivered an interactive formal lecture amidst a gathering of more than 1000 students and faculty members at the University Sari Mutiara (USM) at Medan in Indonesia on Thursday.
Dr Khaan inspired the students with his life learning motivational guideline from his experience and philosophies for a bright career ahead, including entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship.
He wanted the students to obtain leadership skills, be focused, care for parents, be truthful, create and use the opportunity, value time, take notes, and familiarize with IT to be smart graduates and future leader in respect of home and abroad.
Followed by an invitation from Dr Dra Ivan Elisabeth Purba, MKes, Rector of USM, Khan visited the university, where he received a grand, traditional and amicable reception by the Top management. He visited different sections of the university, talked with concerned persons regarding further opportunity for the students and faculties through mutually agreed manner.
He also exchanged souvenir with his counterpart during the visit.
Established in 2013, USM is a private university of 5000 students, collaborated with DIU; students and faculty members of DIU have manifold opportunities for pursuing higher education in USM through the exchange program.
