Deepa in Mourning Day’s special drama

August 15 is the National Mourning Day. To mark the day, popular TV actress Deepa Khandaker will take part in shooting of a special drama. Deepa informed that she will take part in shooting of the drama titled Doshti Coffee O Ifran-er Golpo on August 7. This
drama will be made by BTV’s own production.
While talking about acting in the drama Deepa Khandaker said, “Ongoing scheduled lockdown is going to be end on August 5. Then I don’t know is there new announcement in this regard. But on August 7, shooting of this drama is scheduled to be held at BTV’s studio. This drama is going to be made to pay tribute to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. I am going to play in an important role in the drama. I have already got its script. I have liked story and descriptions of all the characters of the drama. If everything done properly I believe it will become a nice work. Now I am waiting for the time to shoot the drama.”
Deepa also informed that on August 8 and 9, she will take part in shooting of Maasranga TV’s ongoing drama serial Baker Khoni. Meanwhile, she has returned to anchoring after five years. She returned with hosting Nagorik TV’s cooking related show Rannar Expert. She has already finished shooting of Saiful Islam Mannu’s movie Payer Chhap. Therefore, before Eid, she was engaged with shooting of Md Iqbal’s movie Revenge. She has also started shooting of Tariq Anam Khan and Nima Rahman directed serial Gulshan Avenue-2. She is playing in an important role in this serial. In the meantime, she also completed shooting of a TVC and a documentary work. Based on rights of the home workers, she performed in the TVC which was initiated by Oxfam. She also took part in BTV’s documentary about diets of senior citizens. TVC was directed by Ahad while documentary was directed by Ramim. Deepa is very much excited to work in these two projects, the actress also said.
