One reputed trader of Chittagong named Mozaher Hossain was sued before the court in Chittagong for deceiving four traders by giving fake cheques for Tk.33 cr. Four separate case have been lodged against him before Chief Metropolitan Magistrate court under judge Mashir Rahman.
Plaintiffs Ahmed Khair, Zahedul Hoque, Jane Alam and Moshraf Hossain filed these separate cases on Wednesday last. Judge of CMM court accepted the petitions into cognizance and ordered for physical appearance before the court on February 9 next.
Court sources said owner of the Yasir Enterprises Mozaher Hossain deceived four traders of Khatungonj in Chittgong through issuing false cheques for Tk.32 cr 61 lakh and 94 thousands, sources said.
