The 7th death anniversary of Quamrul Islam Siddique, former Chief Engineer and founder of LGED was observed at LGED Headquarters on Tuesday.
On this occasion a Milad & Doa Mahfil was held at LGED Bhaban seeking divine peace for the departed soul of Quamrul Islam Siddique.
He was born on 20 January 1945 in Kushtia. He achieved B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 1966. He died on 1 September, 2008 in New Jersey, USA.
