Day and night temperature may remain unchanged

Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Wednesday predicted that light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary squally wind and lightning flashes may occur at different parts of the country in 24 hours as of 9 am today.
However, the day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
“Light to moderate rain or thundershower with temporary gusty or squally wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions; at a few places over Dhaka and Barishal divisions and at one or two places over Rajshahi and Khulna divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at some places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions,” said a met office bulletin issued in Dhaka, reports BSS.
Monsoon is fairly active over Bangladesh and moderate over North Bay, it added.
Country’s maximum temperature on Tuesday was recorded 34.4 degrees Celsius at Chuadanga and Wednesday’s minimum temperature 24.6 degrees Celsius was at Tetulia.
