A dance programme will be held on the Jahangirnagar University (JU) campus today (Sunday).
With the slogan ‘Tobo Nrittyer Pran Bedonay, Bibosh Bishwa Jage Chetonay’, dance-based cultural organisation of the university Nattyam will arrange the programme at the Selim Al Deen muktamancha, Nattyam president Rakibul Islam told media.
“We will perform a dance-drama ‘Chondalika’, written by Bishwakobi Rabindranath Tagore, at the Selim Al Deen muktamancha at the function for the first time,” he said.
Nattyam advisor Prof Tarek Reza will inaugurate the function as the chief guest.
