Vice-Chancellor, Pro-vice Chancellor and Chittagong University Teachers Association (CUTA) greeted newly- elected mayors of the three city corporations including Chittagong city mayor AJM Nasiruddin.
The authority of the varsity greeted them in separate statements sent to journalists yesterday.
Vice-Chancellor Prof Anwarul Azim Arif also conveyed his greetings to Annisul Huq, Sayed Khokon and the AJM Nasiruddin mentioning them as the soldiers of the Bangabandhu.
Pro- vice Chancellor Dr Iftekar Uddin Chowdury and CUTA also welcomed the newly- elected mayors.
