Chhonda, Moutushi Biswas in March special drama

March 26 is the Independence Day of Bangladesh. To mark the day, a special drama titled Swapno, Mrittyu Kimba Bhalobashar Golpo has been made to telecast on Channel i.
Satirtho Rahman has made the drama which story was also written by him. Iraj Ahmed wrote script and dialogue of the play.
Golam Farida Chhonda and Moutushi Biswas acted in role of two sisters named Minu and Kajol respectively in the drama. Shooting of the drama was done at an old residence of Agamasi Lane in the capital recently. Though Chhonda earlier worked under Satirtho Rahman’s direction for many times but for the first time Moutushi acted under his direction.
While talking about the drama Chhonda said, “As story of the drama was director Satirtho Rahman himself so, he had intention to do something special while giving direction of the play. Last eight months he couldn’t do any work because he had injury on his hand. So, he tried his level best. Moutushi for the first time worked with us. She is very much co-operative. She also had intention to portray her role properly during shooting. Overall, it has become a nice work. I believe viewers will enjoy the drama.”
Moutushi shared her feelings by this way, “For the first time, I acted under Satirtho Rahman’s direction. He was absent from direction for last eight months so, he had intentionally to give his level best in direction. Our shooting place was not comfortable but we worked sincerely and cordially. Satirthoda took care of all so we did not feel any uncomfortable during shooting. I hope it has become a nice work at all. Therefore, I am now acting in Parvez Amin’s serial Agoon Pakhi.”
Chhonda also informed that her and Satirtho’s daughters Tapur-Tupur’s picture was also used in the drama to present childhood picture of Chhonda and Moutushi in the play. Within very soon, Chhonda will take part in shooting of a new serial for Deepto TV under Salauddin’s direction, she added.
