The 25th BCS Forum has formally unveiled the cover of a book named ‘Hridoye Bangabandhu’ marking the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
The cover unveiling ceremony was held recently at the annual general meeting (AGM) at the Public Engineering Department auditorium here, a press release said.
The existing executive committee of the forum has been unanimously re-elected for the second consecutive period at the AGM.
The 35-member executive committee has been re-elected with personal secretary to the Deputy Minister for Water Resources Ministry M Kamrul Ahsan Talukder as its president and Deputy Post Master General of the Rajshahi division as its general secretary for the period of 2019-20.
During the meeting, the forum also has adopted obituary motion for the immature deaths of Senior Assistant Commissioner Kamrunnahar and Deputy Secretary Israt Jahan.
