Awami League Publicity and Publication Secretary Dr. Hassan Mahmud urged BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia not to talk about midterm election in the country.
“The state has a constitution and it is not possible to go beyond that constitution,” he said this on Friday while speaking at a discussion meeting in the city. The AL leader advised the BNP chief to reorganize her party first and then take preparations for polls to be held in 2019. “The Awami League always comes to power with people’s mandate. It never grabbed power through conspiracies.”
