BNP Vice-Chairman Shamsher Mobin Chowdhury announces to go on retirement from politics resigning from all posts of the party on health ground. “I am a war-wounded freedom fighter. At present, I am very sick. Now, I am not in a position to do politics due to my illness. For this reason, I have decided to go on retirement from politics. My retirement will be effective from now,” he told UNB on Thursday morning.
