President asks guardians, teachers: Be aware of misguided youths involved in militancy

 President Md. Abdul Hamid urged all concerned specially guardians and teachers of educational institutions to be aware of misguided youths involved in militancy and terrorism.
A section of misguided youths even from the different families are beng involved in militant and terrorist acts tarnishing country’s image worldwide teachers and guardians must be aware of these misguided youths.
 President Md. Abdul Hamid now in 4- day official visit to hoar area of Kishoreganj district from Saturday to Wednesday.
 He was addressing a public rally on Itna Abdul Hamid Government College on Monday on the occasion of its 20th founding anniversary.
President Abdul Hamid also visited in Austagram Haor Upazila on Tuesday. A public gathering was held at Austagram Rotary College ground. Local M.P Rejaowan Ahmed Toufic presided over the function.
Abdul Hamid said, Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman brought country’s Independence with a dream to build a ‘Sonar Bangla’ which would be free from illiteracy, poverty, terrorism and militancy and we all have to work unitedly to meterialise the dream of Bangabandhu.
The President asked the teachers and students to ensure quality and time befitting education sayig. President world a very competitive. You must go ahead over coming such type of Problems.
He also advised the students to tarnish the sprit of the Liberation War and not to forget the supreme sacrifices of the martyrs.
On corrupt practices, President said that, if people’s representatives become honest, government officials would not dare to be indulged in graft. He stressed the need for rooting out corruption for the greater interest of country’s overall development.
Meletary Secretary of the President Major General Zillur Rahman, Secretary Shampod Berua, Deputy Commissioner Md. Azimuddin Biswas, Police Super Anowar Hossain Khan, Zila Parished Chairman Advocate Zillur Rahman, Austagram UNO Abu Taher Sayed were also present on the programme.
