BD lose to Windies in 1st Test

Bangladesh lost to West Indies by seven wickets in the first Test on the fourth day at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in North Sound, Antigua on Sunday.
Sent into bat first Bangladesh scored 103 in the first innings on the first day (Thursday).
In reply, West Indies piled up 265 in the first innings on the second day (Friday).
Later, Bangladesh made 245 in the second innings on the third day (Saturday).
Chasing 84 runs to win, West Indies sailed home making 88 for the loss of three wickets on the fourth day (Sunday).
West Indies resumed their second innings with the over-night score of 49 for the loss of three wickets.
John Campbell and Jermaine Blackwood resumed their second innings with the over-night score of 28 and 17 runs respectively.
Then, John Campbell and Blackwood added together more 39 runs to win on the fourth day.
John Campbell remained unbeaten with 58 runs, while Blackwood remained unbeaten with 26 runs.
Campbell hit nine fours and a sixer in his 67-ball innings, while Blackwood struck two fours in his 53-ball knock.
Pacer Kemar Roach was adjudged the Man of the Match for his outstanding bowling performance. He bagged two wickets at the cost of 21 runs in the first innings and captured five wickets in the space of 53 runs.
Shakib Al Hasan restored some parity for his country. He scored a fine 51 in the first innings and notched up a sparkle 63 in the second innings.
The second Test will start on June 24.
