The bodies have been kept at a hospital in Makkah. Hajj officials and agencies began identifying Bangladeshis from the pictures. Many have contacted the religious affairs ministry.Asked about burial decisions, Ambassador Moshi said, “Most of the victims’ relatives wished them to be buried in Saudi Arabia.” Earlier, more than a 100 people, including a Bangladeshi, were killed when a crane crashed into Masjid al Haram on Sept 12.
