Police arrested a Chhattra League (BCL) man with huge arms from J block area under Halishahar thana early Saturday morning.
The arrestee was identified as M Sarwer, 32, was a notorious terrorist in the area. Pranab Kumar Chowdhury, Officer-in-Charge of Halishahar Police Station, said a clash took place between members of Sheikh Russel Club and Moyannapara Chattra League over the land of a grave yard of the locality about 12:00 am.
