BCB condoles death of Golam Mustafa

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) expresses profound grief at the passing away of its long-serving staff member Golam Mustafa.
Mustafa, who had been serving as the Administrator of Cricket Committee of Dhaka Metropolis (CCDM), BCB breathed his last in Dhaka on Tuesday evening following a cardiac arrest. He was 64.
The BCB extends heartfelt sympathies to the family of the departed and prays for the salvation of his soul, said a BCB press release on Wednesday.
Golam Mustafa joined the erstwhile Bangladesh Cricket Control Board (BCCB) in 1978 as office secretary and had served Bangladesh cricket faithfully for nearly four decades before his sad demise.
BCB’s Chief Executive Officer Nizam Uddin Chowdhury said: “Golam Mustafa had been one of the first employees of the Cricket Board and was a witness to the evolution and history of the game in this country.
