Defending champions Bangladesh stormed into the final of the Bangabandhu Asian Senior Men’s Central Zone Volleyball Championship beating Kyrgyzstan by 3-2 set in the second semi-final on Wednesday at Shaheed Suhrawardy Indoor Stadium in Mirpur.
Prior to the second semis, favorite Turkmenistan also booked their spot in the final defeating Nepal by 3-0 set in the first semi-final held at the same venue.
Bangladesh will play the final against Turkmenistan on Friday (April 27) at 3 pm after the third place deciding match between Kyrgyzstan and Nepal at 10 am.
