One housewife Surma Akhter Meem (20) was killed by her husband at East colony area of Halishahar in the city on Saturday late night (early hours of Sunday).
Housewife Surma and husband Md. Javed both hail from Jhalakati district and Javed Ali was a Trolly driver. Police said, Javed commits court marriage with Surma on December 01 last in the court and the tragic incident occurred after 15 days of their marriage.
