Bangladesh Goju Ryu Karate team left the city on Tuesday for Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia to take part in the 1st Asia Pacific Karate Championship and 5th Asian Goju Ryu Karate Championship scheduled to be held from Wednesday.
A total of 20 Asian countries are competing in the meet. Treasurer of Asian Goju Ryu Karate Federation Khaled Mansur Chaowdhury is leading the 19-member Bangladesh Goju Ryu Karate team.
The Team will return home on August 16.
