A school teacher ‘Shahida Begum’ from Bakshimul Union of Burichang upazila in Comilla district, has been suffering from heart disease for long. She is now taking treatment at National Cardiac Hospital in Dhaka. Her family members have already spent Tk 26 lakh.
Now the doctors told her family to arrange at least taka 3 lakh for placing new bulb for open heart surgery. But the family is unable to manage a huge amount of money.
Her family members have urged the affluent people, government and non-government organisations to give her the money to save her life.
