Three years ago, National Film Award winner actors Zahid Hasan and Aparna last performed together in a TV play. Later they again performed together in a single episode play titled Short temper. Mahbub Bappi has written its story and script. Evan Rehan has given its direction.
Shooting of the play was ended at a shooting house in the city’s Uttara area last week.
This comedy story based play will be telecasted in any satellite channel on the occasion of coming Eid-ul-Fitr.
While talking about his feelings to work against Aparna after three years actor Zahid Hasan told this correspondent, “Aparna is not only a nice human being but also a well performer. She can easily enter into her character while acting. She can become a versatile actress in the long run.”
Aparna shared her feelings by this way, “Zahid Bhai is one of my favourite actors. It is a great job to work with the senior actors like Zahid Bhai because promising actress like me can learn many things from them. I have achieved something while working against him in the play. I have really enjoyed to work under Evan’s direction in this play. I believe viewers will also enjoy to watch the play.”
It may be mentioned that before three years Aparna performed against Zahid Hasan under his direction in a drama serial titled To To Company. Later she didn’t get the scope to work against him in any play.
On April 4, Aparna got the National Film Award 2013 in category of Best Side Actress for Gazi Rakayet’s movie Mrittikamaya.
On the other hand, Zahid Hasan first got the National Film Award in 1999 for Humayun Ahmed’s movie Srabon Megh-er Din.
Now Zahid Hasan’s directed a serial titled Uramon is being telecasted on RTV now.
Aparna is acting in several drama serials – Palta Hawa, Adorsho Lipi and House Number Forty Four now.
