Fonterra (a New Zealand Dairy Co-operative) on Thursday announced that its Anchor Full Cream Milk Powder will be available in Bangladesh to help meet the nutritional needs of people across the country. Anchor Milk’s package unveiling ceremony was held at the Raddisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in the city.
ACI Agrolink ( a Subsidiary of ACI Limited) takes part in this initiative to fulfil the nutritional needs for people of all ages by delivering’Anchor Full Cream Milk Powder’ to the doorstep. From now on, ACI Agrolink will be the Sole Distributor, Promoter and Seller of Anchor Milk.
Dr. Shamsunnahar Nahid Mahua, Head of Nutrition Department, BARDEM, Sunil Sethi, Managing Director of Sri Lanka and Indian Subcontinent of Fonterra, Dr. F H Ansarey, Managing Director of ACI Agrolink Limited, Syed Alamgir, Managing Director of ACI Consumer Brands and other high officials from Fonterra and ACI Limited were also present at the ceremony.
Fonterra’s Managing Director of Sri Lanka and Indian Subcontinent, Mr. Sunil Sethi said, “As a dairy nutrition company Fonterra is focused on delivering high quality dairy products for people at all life stages backed by our world class grass-to-glass supply chain. We are delighted that we can now provide Anchor to all families across Bangladesh.”
Sethi said, “Throughout each stage of production, from the farm right through to consumers’ homes, rigorous and world-class testing and processing procedures are in place to ensure that we are delivering high quality and safe dairy nutrition to the people of Bangladesh every day.
