Under the coordination of noted actress and play director Afsana Mimi Bangladesh Film and Television Academy started its journey in last year’s November at Sector No
12 in the city’s Uttara area. This academy was set was up for fulfilling dream and necessity.
People of all parts of the world are watching Bangladesh’s movies and plays now. Bangladesh’s directors and actors are getting recognition for their works. Some of them are working world
standard. But Bangladesh Film and Television Study believes to step forward. For this reason, the academy has been built up. To give training and also to create better directors and actors, the academy is working. Basically the trainers who want to get training on film and television related activities can get the opportunity to enroll here.
The day-long course final examination of three month-long first batch of acting department was held on December 9. Ten students took part in first batch of acting department. Afsana Mimi is very much excited with them.
