Awami League (AL) will distribute relief goods in different flood-affected areas in Sylhet today.
A five-member delegation led by Organising Secretary Advocate Md Misbah Uddin Siraj will visit the flood-hit areas in the district, said an AL press release here on Sunday.
Siraj will be accompanied by Central Working Committee Badaruddin Ahmed Kamran, Sylhet district Awami League President Advocate Lutfar Rahman, General Secretary Shafiqur Rahman Chowdhury and AL lawmaker Mahmud-us-Samad Chowdhury.
Party General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader urged all leaders and workers of Sylhet district unit of Awami league to provide all-out cooperation in the relief distribution programme.
