AIBL gets new Chairman and Vice-Chairman

Mohammad Enayet Ullah and Salim Rahman have been elected as Chairman and Vice-Chairman of Executive Commitee of the Board of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd. (AIBL) respectively.
They were elected unanimously in the 291st meeting of the Board held on 27 April 2016. According to the decision of the meeting they will continue their new responsibilities untill the next AGM of the Bank.
Chairman Hafez Alhajj Mohammad Enayet Ullah is one of the founder directors of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd. He is a prominent industrialist and businessman from Dhaka. He is the Chairman of AIBL Foundation. He also is the president of Moulovi Bazar Merchant Association and Bangladesh Whole Sale Spices Merchant Association. He a ‘Hafez’ in the Holy Quran. Hafez Mohammad Enayet Ullah is a great humaniterian involved in many social welfare activities.
Vice Chairman Salim Rahman hailed from a respectable Muslim family of Chittagong. His father Alhajj Khalilur Rahman is a prominent businessman and founder of KDS Group, one of the largest industrial groups of the country. Currently Salim Rahman is the Managing Director of KDS Garments Industries Ltd. and KDS Accessories Ltd.
