Entertainment Report :From November 23 the third season of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) is going to kick off. Last year’s runner-up Chittagong Vikings will also compete this year. To encourage players of the team, popular singer also hailed from Chittagong Kumar Bishwajit has already given his vocal for the theme song of Chittagong Vikings. The two-minute music video of the song has been made by renowned TV actor and maker Afzal Hossain.In this video, besides noted players of Chittagong, popular singers of the region like Nasim Ali Khan, Partho Barua, Naquib Khan, among others, are also to be seen in the video. Shooting of the video has been done in Dhaka and Chittagong.While talking about the video Afzal Hossain told this correspondent, “To keep in mind the time duration, I had to make the video. The actors who performed in the video had participated actively. I hope viewers will enjoy watching this video. Within two to three days the music video titled – Chittagong Vikings -Ara Chatgaiya Naujowan will be aired.”Kabir Bakul wrote lyrics of the song while Ibrar Tipu has composed its tune and music. Therefore, Afzal Hossain recently finished making of a TV commercial of Summit Group. Shetu and Munia performed as models in the TVC. He is also making another TVC of Dutch-Bangla Bank Ltd now. Its rest one day’s shooting will be done in Narayanganj soon, Afzal said.
