Tax evasion case: ACC initiates probe against BNS boss Bulu

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has launched an inquiry into several complaints raised against BNS Group of Company Chairman NSH Bulu.
The complaints include tax evasion of huge amount, construction of building without permission from competent authorities and sale of building flat ignoring rules and regulations.
Thus, he has amassed wealth worth several crores of taka.
On October 1, the ACC took a decision of holding an inquiry.
The Commission has assigned its Assistant Director Mohammad Helal Uddin Sharif to complete the investigation within stipulated time.
Deputy Director Mohammad Abdul Hai will supervise the work.
Bulu will be summoned soon to face questions, says an ACC officer.
