UNB, Dhaka :
In a major reshuffle in the administration, the government has transferred four secretaries and given them new postings.
A gazette notification to this effect was issued by the Public Administration Ministry on Thursday.
It said, Industries Secretary Mohammad Moinuddin Abdullah has been made new Housing and Public Works Secretary, while Privatisation Commission member Mosharraf Hossain Bhuiyan new Industries Secretary and Executive Chairman of Bangladesh Economic Zone Authority Fakhrul Islam member of the
Privatisation Commission. Besides, Director General (additional secretary) of the Prime Minister’s Office Paban Chowdhury has been made Executive Chairman of Bangladesh Economic Zone Authority promoting him to acting secretary.
Current Housing and Public Works Secretary Golam Rabbani will go on leave preparatory retirement (LPR) on October 26.
