bdnews24.com :The schedule for written tests of the 35th BCS examinations has been published. Written examination for compulsory subjects will take place between Sept 1 and Sept 7. Subject-related examinations will be held between Sept 9 and Oct 10.The routine was published on the Public Service Commission website on Sunday. This year, 20,391 candidates, who cleared the preliminary tests, will sit for the written tests across Bangladesh.Examinations for the 200-mark subject will be for four hours while those for 100 marks will be for three hours.The average pass mark is 50 per cent, but scoring less than 30 in any subject will be considered as zero marks, the PSC said. Books, bags, mobile phones, cellphones resembling watches, calculators and any type of electronic devices are banned at the examination centre. Anyone getting caught with these items will be expelled, the PSC warned.
