Coast Guard forces recovered 30 gold bars from outside Airport as the passenger tactfully came out with these gold evading the eyes of the customs officials.
These gold bar recovered at 20 am yesterday but none yet to be arrested. Operation officer of Coast Guard East Zone Lt. commander Saiful Islam told that acting on secret information, law enforceeers recovered these gold bar from Airport road.
Sources said the gold traffickers tactfully passed these gold bar out of the airport and sensing the presence of coast guard forces, the trafficker fled away quickly leaving the baggage. After that, law enforcers searched the baggage and found this gold bar. The recovered gold bar deposited in customs custody, a sources said.
