Police in a drive arrested three alleged rapists early on Tuesday from Kulgaon area in the city.
The arrested were identified as Osman Gani, 22, Nezam Uddin Mintu, 25, and Alamgir Hossain, 35.
M Mohsin, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Bayezid Police Station, said earlier on April 9, a garments worker of ‘Care Choice’ located in Bayezid Bostami area filed a rape case against five people including them.
In a primary interrogation, Nezam confessed to the rape, the OC added.
